Ian Devine

Top late 70's/80's Manchester postpunk guitarist and multi-instrumentalist. The main musical force in the classic new wave / altrock / jazzpunk band Ludus- a collaboration between Devine and the artist/model/singer Linder and sundry acolytes. 90's onwards: Relocated to Cardiff and linked up with Young Marble Giants singer Alison Statton, producing work of equal worth. A talent to be reckoned with, like Linder and Statton, his reputation can only grow and grow. Did further important work with Amanda Griffiths as vocalist sidekick.
