Alessandro Carmassi

Alessandro Carmassi is an italian-dutch singer who lives in Rome. He started singing in local tribute bands (Genesis, Toto, Phil Collins) and is actually the singer of Neverland - Marillion Tribute Band. In 2011 he had the honour to sing on stage with Marillion at the dutch convention taking place at Port Zelande. The performance of Quartz was recorded and published on the Holidays in Zelande DVD/Bluray box set.In 2014 he was asked to sing a couple of songs with teh Steve Rothery Band at their very first live gig in Rome. The gig was recorded and published on Inside Out label as "The Steve Rothery Band- Live In Rome". In 2013 he became part of the Swappers Eleven project, a multinational band with musicians coming from all parts of the world. Swappers Eleven released an album on the 27th of July 2020 called "From A Distance"
