Diane sang at the best Detroit clubs of the time, like The 20 Grand, the Chit Chat Lounge or Baker's Lounge. In the seventies, she was on the road with The Undisputed Truth and various other Detroit groups. At college prior to being in the group The Debonaires (3) she dated Stevie Wonder for 2 years.
