Western Australia Police Pipe Band

The WA Police Pipe Band formed in 1966 when a group of interested policemen got together and discussed the feasibility of forming a Police Pipe Band. First performed publicly in Perth on 7th December 1967. In 1975 they were invited to tour the UK to perform at the world famous Edinburgh Military Tattoo, The Royal Tournament, Earl's Court and the Colchester Searchlight Tattoo
