Moksie Meppie

Dutch producer and sound engineer, born in Meppel, Drenthe and based in Amsterdam, North-Holland, the Netherlands. His name is a play on the Surinamese dish 'Moksie Metie', mixed meat in English from the Sranangtongo language meaning mixed chicken and pork in Suriname. While Meppie, comes from Meppen, which means to slap in the West-Frisian dialect, and also a play on his hometown Meppel. He is a member of dance-act Le Boy and is signed to Hard voor weinig.
