Eric Howell

A workin' musician for over 20 years, Eric has played every gig imaginable, from solo acoustic "pass the hat" coffee house gigs to sports pubs, private parties, from cocktail weddings to full band gigs playing his original songs in renowned Chicago music venues. He is also a voice impersonator who has produced sports parody songs for WXRT radio and provided voice-overs for Hollywood films. He cut his teeth on "the strip" in Carbondale, IL (Southern Illinois University) in the late 80s, playing in the all-original band The Reform. After Carbondale he continued writing music and took to playing solo acoustic gigs in Chicago, several nights per week, every week, for the next fifteen years.
