Ierinarh Zragewsky

Ierinarh Zragewsky (b. 13 January 1886, Kyiv, Russian Empire — 19??) was a Ukrainian-American basso profundo singer best known as a member of Russian Imperial Singers. Zragevskiy had a spectacularly deep voice reaching down to G₁ with a working range of over three octaves. He attended the University in Kiyv and studied law, drafted into the Russian Imperial Army in 1915, where he served as "ensign" (standard-bearer) and junior officer in the 14th sapper battalion. Ierinarh Zragewsky immigrated to the United States in 1923 and lived in New York. With the Russian Imperial Singers, he toured extensively across North and South America until the 1940s.
