Collegium Musicum Basel

The Collegium Musicum Basel (Switzerland) was founded in 1951 on the initiative of committed members of the then Basel Theatre Orchestra and its conductor [a4568198]. As the oldest free professional orchestra, it makes an independent contribution to the diversity of musical life in Basel.
