Grand Ours

Musician in Bordeaux since 1995, Herve Soumagne writes and plays the bass and the guitar in his own bands, especially Sub-robot and Templier. In 2008, Herve takes his Grand Ours alias and starts a new solo project under this name. He gives a series of gigs between 2008 and 2010. The LP "Supernova" is released on 29th january 2009. In 2010, he is the producer of "Elektrik shoubiland" for Shoubi or not ? and "L'alpha-bestiaire illustre" for Orel Arnold. He works with Le Pan Pan Master on the one-shot project Groupe Local. He also writes several soundtracks for theatre companies. From 2013 to 2019, he is a member of the band Binturongs, which releases several records and plays in differents european countries. In 2020-2021, he works on Larrieu-Plantey's first album as a musician, music consultant and mixing engineer.
