Gerd Kosakowsky

German graphic artist, musician and technician from Offenburg. Died in June 2010 at the age of 61. Kosakowski was called 'Kosa' and had been part of the Offenburg hippie and post-hippie music scene, amongst others at the cultural centre "Ziebold’sche Mühle" in Offenburg. Some of his musical projects had also pedagogical background. He worked for a long time at "Korker Anstalten" in Kehl as graphic artist. After he deceased of a heart attack in 2010, around 30 artists, his companions througout the past 40 years, organised a tribute concert at the "Stud"-club in Offenburg.
