The Twist (4)

The Twist is an all woman four piece band from Portland, Oregon. Bonnie Bentley sings lead vocals and plays rhythm guitar. Sylvia Hackathorn plays lead guitar and singers back-up vocals. The rhythm section consists of Pat Baum on drums and Nancy Buroff on bass guitar. The band formed in April 1986 and has performed at clubs and outdoor festivals throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Twist sound is rooted in the 60's with a definite 80's feel.
