Grand Slam (17)

Grand Slam was a Power Rock band with a following in New York City, Long Island and Tri- State area. The origin of the group came from the glam rock band Sniper, whose original vocalist was Joey Ramone and also had future members of Blondie, Tuff Darts, Andrew Pearson and other groups from the Max's Kansas City / CBGBs / Coventry / Great Gildersleeves / Mothers scene. Grand Slam was a 'spec' band at Record Plant Studios in NYC with producer / engineer Rod O'Brien, who also engineered the band Lance.
