Scott Stulir

Scott Stulir was a graduate of Western Illinois University, earning degrees in Music Education, Percussion Performance, Composition, and Electronic Music Synthesis. He worked across the United States as a professional performing musician, audio engineer, composer, producer, and educator. Stulir retired from directing bands in the public schools of Waco, Texas, at the end of the 2023 school year. He passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 60.
