Monkey Boots (2)

Indonesian ska band formed on 2004. With an initial lineup consisting of Denny (Vocals), Edwin (Keyboards), Handaru (Drums), Indra (Bass), Adam (Guitar), Akbar (Guitar), Renato (Trombone) and Reonaldo (Saxophone) have the same taste in music, namely Ska, Rocksteady and Reggae. They performed cover songs from The Skatalites, The Specials, Bob Marley and The Wailers, Desmond Dekker, Judge Dread. In 2015 Monkey Boots decided to leave the 267 Records label and in the same year they released a second Album entitled "Interaction", this album of 11 songs signifies 11 years since Monkey Boots was established, and this album was produced by Monkey Boots himself. The launch of their second Album is planned to be scheduled for March 2016, the singles for this Album are "You Are" and "Will Not Be Sad". In 2016 Denny Frust left Monkey Boots and the vocal position was again filled by Edwin or Mr. Jenggo who was previously the initial vocalist of Monkey Boots. With this formation Monkey Boots released a third album entitled "Liar dan Enchanting" in 2018 with many singles released including, Towards a New Johar, Wild and Enchanting, About Love, Dimension, Back Home and Hardworking. The album received a very good response from big monkeys (a term for monkey boots listeners). At the end of 2018 Renato left and was replaced by Zildjian in the Saxophone position.
