Mouth Of Indifference

Mouth of Indifference is an electronic act from Rome-Italy born in 1993. Their 1994 debut cassette album ‘Dichotic Listening’ was followed by the departure of co-founding member Maxim Santelia. Alessandro Gamba and Riccardo Chiaretti kept the project as a duo since then, releasing a further tape album called ‘Internal Saboteur’ in 1996 and their first cd album ‘Steps To An Ecology Of Mind’ in 2003. Influenced by Industrial, early EBM and post-punk sounds, their music has often been compared to the work of Clock DVA, Front 242 or Pankow. Mixing coreless structures with beats and introspection, they still deliver a very personal take on electronic songwriting. "Conterpoles" is the new album (dec 2021), pure electronics again. 10 songs (one featuring Alex Spalk from Pankow) and 4 remixes.
