Aleks Schatten

Aleks Schatten is a Berlin based DJ and producer with a background in post-punk and industrial music. Schatten's sound, conveyed in his debut EP A Collection of Made Up Stories, soon to be released on Instruments of Discipline, is violent melancholy, rigid IDM and Industrial-influenced beats, noised out dronescapes and morphing bass lines intersect with a distinct post-punk sense of melody and intention.
