Gale Pedrick

Gale Pedrick was an English author, journalist, scriptwriter and broadcaster. He wrote the novelisation tie-ins to the BBC television series Steptoe & Son and adapted the original television scripts for the first two radio series broadcast on BBC Radio. He also wrote the first thirty-five episodes of This Is Your Life and co-wrote George Formby's last film George in Civvy Street in 1946. He collapsed and died at Tottenham Court Road Station. Born: 15th June, 1906 in London, England. Died: 23rd February, 1970 in St Giles, London, England at the age of 64.
