With a submission of a home demo, she was chosen to appear on Star Search with Ed McMahon. Those appearances led to her recording with [a1031], Black 47, Grover Washington, Jr., [a16748] and as a back up singer for Diana Ross, Ben E. King, Maxwell, Jason Robert Brown and many others. She co-wrote the [a69433] song “Home For Christmas”.
