Об исполнителе:
Italian prog with a fusion edge, often resembling Osanna. Locus Amoenus were formed San Michele di Serino, a small town in the province of Avellino, Italy in 2010 by Alessio Vito (vocals, guitar, flute), Raffaele Purgante (electric guitar), Alessandro Ragano (bass) and Mauro Cefalo (drums). In their first year, the band mainly played covers of Italian singer-songwriters such as Rino Gaetano, Francesco Guccini, Fabrizio De André and others, but soon their live shows expanded to include a mix of original progressive material in both English and Italian. The band would begin to incorporate a wide range of musical influences, everything from blues, rock, metal, psychedelic, jazz/fusion, folk and, of course, both vintage and modern progressive rock.
