Carla Viegas

Carla Viegas is a professional singer, musician, percussionist and performer with 20 years professional music experience and a wide and very varied all-rounder background. She has been involved with performing arts since the very early age of 7, having “grown up on the stage”. Carla has been involved with several bands and projects, such as Blue Harlem, The Big Swing, DeLatin Sound, Madrid-based Electronica outfit “The Lab”, amongst others, and has in the past collaborated with musician/producer Lincoln Olivetti, Brazilian songwriter Paulo Debétio, and guitarist-composer Chris Chesney. Before this, she was an established singer in Portugal with a career spanning nearly a decade, and with several albums released. She is a British Blues Awards nominated vocalist and drummer with twice-British Blues Awards finalist and Hard Rock Rising finalist Rock-Blues-Voodoo outfit Rabbit Foot.
