Australian singer, actor and dancer. Born Adelaide, Australia. She began extensive dance training at the age of five and performed professionally for the first time at the age of twelve. She is best known for musical theatre appearances in productions such as Hot Shoe Shuffle, Billy Elliott, Eureka! The Musical, Little Shop Of Horrors, 42nd Street, Mack & Mabel, and Dirty Dancing. Also appeared in the film version of Muriel's Wedding. Released an album of standards (That Old Feeling) in 2000. She was nominated for a Mo Award and a Sydney Theatre Critics' Circle Award for Best Performance in a Musical in 1989 for 42nd Street. She has appeared in feature films and had her own children's TV show in her home town.
