Alexander Lycke

Swedish singer and stage actor. He is also lead vocalist of the hard rock/prog rock band Astrakhan. Alexander is educated at the University of Stage and Music in Gothenburg and has done several major musical roles, including in American Idiot at the Circus in Stockholm, Jesus Christ Superstar and Les Misérables in Turku, Passion at Spira in Jönköping, The Ringer in Notre Dame in Berlin and in Jesus Christ Superstar and Miss Saigon in England. At Stockholm City Theater, he has done, among other things, Dr Frisk / Dr Galén in Next to Normal, Berger in Hair and Athos in The Three Musketeers. Most recently, he could be seen as Anatoly in Chess at the Swedish Theater Helsinki and this season he is touring with the musical show From Broadway to Duvemåla. Alexander also sings in the hard rock band Astrakhan and was named Sweden's best singer by Sweden rock Magazine in 2016. This fall, he participates in Funny Girl.
