Doug Hopkins

Guitarist, and one of the founding members of the Gin Blossoms. Born April 11, 1961 in Seattle, Washington. Died December 5, 1993. Hopkins left the Gin Blossoms in 1992, part way through the recording of the album 476755, due to bouts of depression and alcoholism. The album was a success, selling 3 million copies.
