Murray Rumshinsky

Murray Rumshinsky was the son of Joseph Rumshinsky, who had been "...one of the 'big four' composers and conductors of American Yiddish theater" according to his Wikipedia biography. Murray Rumshinsky wrote lyrics and music for such stars as Molly Picon, Menasha Skulnik, and [a585773]. He also composed music for the off-Broadway production "Go Fight City Hall" (1961), did vocal arrangements and was the conductor for Broadway's "Let's Sing Yiddish" (1966), and directed music for the Broadway production "The President's Daughter" (1970).
