Peter Wertimer

Peter Wertimer was the founder of Midnight Sun Concerts in Philadelphia where he produced hundreds of concerts. These wer shows by David Bowie, The Steve Miller Band and The Average White Band which each became live recordings. Later at Columbia Records in New York City, Peter was the product manager for Billy Joel, Aerosmith, Steven Stills and Blue Oyster Cult, Judas Priest and Janis Ian, among many others. Since at least 1983 he has changed career paths and is now an owner of Chernoff Newman, a marketing communications company in Charleston, North Carolina, USA.
