Mike Bunge

Mike Bunge was a Springfield, Missouri based band leader, musician, and producer. Mike was band leader for Lewie And The 7 Days, and toured with [a594225]. Mike Bunge would even play Madison Square Garden as a founding member of Granny's Bathwater who were the backing band for Martha Reevess' 1974 tour. In the early morning hours of June 15, 1976 Jason Lemasters, Rick Weaver (3), Ralph Towles and Mike Bunge were traveling home from a gig in Springfield when they were struck by another vehicle. Mike Bunge and Ralph Toles did not survive the injuries sustained from the wreck.
