The 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own) is an amalgamation of two famous old British Cavalry Regiments, the 13th Hussars and the 18th Hussars. Their history dates back to 1715 and between them they have seen action in most of the major campaigns from that date to the end of the Second World War. The Regiment's Band is an integral part of the Regiment. Although they wear the beautiful old ceremonial dress when on parade, every member of the Band is also a fully trained medical assistant who takes his place in time of war in helping with the evacuation of casualties. c1981 The band members were: Flutes/Piccolo: Bdsm.
