Juno Kids

Electronic project from the USA. Formed in 2017. Juno Kids is an experimental IDM/Synthwave project from experienced duo Derek Mount (Brique a Braq/Former Family Force 5) and Philip Zach (Silver Pages/Arrows and Sound/Former Remedy Drive). The prolific songwriters/producers have written a combined 11 number one singles and 22 charting songs across various Billboard charts, and have performed more than 3,000 live concerts with their respective former bands: Remedy Drive and Family Force 5 (including Bamboozle, Sonisphere, Warped Tour). Each partner has culled an extensive track record in licensing, combining for more than 3,000 sync licenses collectively in films (Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal); commercials (Chevrolet, BMW, Blackberry); television (MTV, VH1, CMT); sporting events (ESPN, WWE, NHL), and more. The pair originally met in 2009, when their bands shared more than 40 tour dates together. A compelling friendship formed between Mount and Zach, rooted in a shared passion for theology, fitness, and electronic music. In the summer of 2014, the two reunited serendipitously, as Instagram revealed to each friend that the other was simultaneously vacationing in Europe. During their rendezvous in the garden of Versailles, the duo made an agreement to collaborate musically.
