R. Kelly's second failed attempt at a boy band. An R&B/pop quartet from the South Jersey region of New Jersey. Signed to Kelly's Rock Land Records, which was distributed by Interscope Records. They were scheduled to release an album from 1999 all the way until 2002 when Interscope dropped the Rock Land label roster entirely and Rock Land itself folded after the sex tape scandal surrounding its leader, R. Kelly. Secret Weapon has been inactive since then.
