Austin, Texas Country music personality and entertainer who in real life is Dr. Rodney Moag, Professor Emeritus of South Asian languages at the University of Texas. He is proficient on guitar, mandolin, banjo, steel guitar and fiddle. He is also a radio DJ who was the host of KOOP’s very first broadcast on December 17, 1994.
