NOT the Virginia-based Clyde Williams of the Clyde Williams Old-Time Band. Fiddler from Catawba County who lived for several years in the Charlotte, NC area. Williams lived from 1923-2004 and learned to play fiddle in the early 1930s while listening to the Grand Ole Opry in his living room radio.
