Billy Miller (born January 1, 1954, Jamaica, Queens, New York, USA - died November 13, 2016) was an American musician and music archivist. Together with his wife Miriam Linna founded Norton Records (2) and Kicks magazine. He performed with The Zantees and [a664124], produced records for Hasil Adkins, Roky Erickson and [a264417] and wrote liner notes for reissues by The Fabulous Wailers, The Astronauts (3), The Trashmen and others.
