Anja Vang Kragh

Danish graphics designer and fashion designer. She started her career for John Galliano with Christian Dior and Stella McCartney. Since 2006, she has been working on costume design for the stage; among others to Cabaret, Tartuffe, Robin Hood and The Importance of Being Earnest at the Royal Theater, A Midsummer Night's Dream at Helsingborg City Theater and Romeo and Juliet at Aarhus Theater. She has collaborated with Kasper Holten in the Master Singers in Nuremberg and Don Giovanni at Covent Garden, L'Ormindo at Shakepeare's Globe, Cavalleria Rusticana and Pajazzo at the Norwegian Opera, Idomeneo at the Vienna State Opera, Friskytten and Jägarbruden at the Royal Opera, The Flying the Dutchman at the Finnish National Opera and Carmen at the Bregenz Festival. Anja has designed the porcelain series Flora for Royal Copenhagen and is a partner and designer for the textile company Vang Stensgaard. At Malmö Opera, she has previously designed the costumes for West Side Story and now she is currently with Orpheus in the underworld.
