Canadian nightclub owner (The Mynah Bird Club in Toronto's Yorkville district), brother of songwriter Ben Kerr. Owner of a talking Mynah Bird named Rajah who was the club's mascot and with whom Kerr recorded a few tracks. Kerr gave the first break to The Mynah Birds (Neil Young, Rick James, Bruce Palmer, etc.) who took the name from his club.
