In the same year, the band recorded their first "Rebirth" demo and began to perform at local clubs. It was only in 2009 after numerous changes in the composition that another recording entitled "The Progress of the Regress" was created, which was promoted by concerts in Poland and abroad. In September 2012, the band entered "StudioQ" in Piła recording "Uncomfortable Silences" released by the independent Canadian label Mulligore Production. Currently, Dying Spirit promotes the latest CD "Bad Reputation".
