Ever since watching his uncle (Billy Melton) play jazz drums when he was 4 years old, Bobby knew he wanted to be a professional drummer. Bobby believes that the best drum arrangements happen when a drummer can identify the exact moment to enhance instruments, vocals or other accompaniment. Bobby has worked with many acts from the East Coast Circuit (USA) since 1979 including Acropolis (Inducted into South Carolina Lowcountry Music Hall of Fame 2022), Loose Lucy, Corrosion of Conformity (1983) , Objects, London, Devine (Bryan Scott Cox, Chris Lasegue, Jimmie Devine), Tommy Redd and Buddy Black.
