Hawkan Manderstedt

Hawkan grew up in a small town in northern Sweden. He moved southward and got a Bachelor Degree in contemporary Music. At 21 he became a professional Musician with tours and various gigs that followed + a fair few albums as a producer. He then moved to Australia and became a Musical Director/ Producer/Musician on the local Australian scene. In 2015 he returned to Sweden. Since his return to Sweden, Hawkan has played with various bands and artist, a couple of gigs with Mats Ronander (touring guitarist with Abba and solo career) and has now joined up with Jonas isacsson´s (Roxette, Eva Dahlgren, Horizont, Alan Parson) reunited band Marathon, with drummer Jan Lundberg and bass player Anders Sandsten, with a forthcoming instrumental rock album to be released in June 2020 where Hawkan is playing keyboards, co-writing songs and has also mixed the album.
