Игорь Журавленко

Igor Andreevich Zhuravlenko graduated at the Moscow Choral School and the Moscow State Conservatory. 1965 he was sent by the USSR Ministry of Culture to the Belarusian State Conservatory to work at the department of choral conducting, where he was a conducting teacher, organizer and first director of the choral conducting department. 1968 he founded the Хор Мальчиков Средней Специальной Музыкальной Школы При Белорусской Государственной Консерватории (boys choir at the music college) and was its artistic director.
