Željko Lapec

(Zagreb, 13.7.1960. - 14.4.2020.) A singer / musician from Sesvete, Zagreb, Croatia, also known as "Žac", Lapec started his musical career as a teenager, playing guitar, before moving on to several bands in the 80s, including one called Evergreen. In 1990, Lapec founded Amadeus (13), with which he would achieve local fame with songs such as "Fajrunt". From the 2000s he would move on to play mostly on festivities and weddings, gaining some wider notice in 2016 again by participating in RTL's "Nikad Nije Kasno" show. In April 2020, Lapec passed away from COVID-19.
