Seo-Loc

Rozano "Seo Loc" Falls was a member of the Southern California/Inland Empire-based hip-hop group 909 Boyz from Banning, California. Seo Loc first met with another local aspiring artist Emil "Freeze (30)"/"E (28)" Kincey in hopes of recording music together. The two connected with a couple additional artists from Banning to form the 909 Boyz in the mid-1990's. The group recorded for two albums before splitting apart. However Seo Loc and E collaborated to form the group Double Trouble (25) and released their own album in 2004. Seo Loc continued to record hip-hop records, this time as a solo artist, with his debut album 6568167 in 2010 and a follow up "Bangtown Project" in 2017.
