Об исполнителе:
The Regime played with various line-ups in the Bath (UK) area between 1966 and 1970. As a live act, the band was most active in late 1967 and the first half of 1968 when they played numerous gigs as a trio. Otherwise live work was occasional. The band’s repertoire mainly consisted of covers with a substantial core of Hendrix material. The Regime made many demo recordings mainly of original material by their singer and guitarist Graham Hamer. To date their only official releases on disc have been "Dear Amanda" (included on the "Come join my orchestra" compilation on the Grapefruit label) and "Mr and Mrs Franklin" (included on the "New moon's in the sky" compilation also on the Grapefruit label). Both were recorded in April 1970 on the last occasion the band played together. Graham wrote the songs, sings, plays 12-string acoustic guitar and produced the recordings, Mick Lewis plays lead guitar, Bob Pedrick plays bass and Dave Morris (who with Graham was a member of all the various line-ups of the band) plays drums.
