Lord Ruthven is the dark ambient project of a musician trained in classical music. He was active as a concert pianist and a recording artist in the Black Metal scene of the 1990’s. Infused with deep melancholy, Lord Ruthven’s music expresses Byronic longing for the unattainable, the beauty of solitude and darkness.
