Polish Death/Groove/Progressive Thrash Metal band formed in 2015 in Olsztyn. The band's beginnings date back to the winter of 2015. It was then that two old friends (Bartek Dryl - guitar and Maciek Sobczak - drums) met loosely to play with each other. The band started to take shape when Łukasz Ciepała joined the band after a long search for the vocalist. Maciek left the drums in favor of the guitar, and then the first recordings were recorded in the rehearsal room. In the summer of 2016 Łukasz Ciepała brought drummer Mateusz Pacholczyk to the rehearsal. Mateusz, in turn, drew bassist Sebastian Borowicz-Skoneczny close to the band's orbit. At that time, the band's name was created, Maciek resigned from the band, a Morbus Aeterna demo was recorded under the watchful eye of "Gleby", and the recordings were made in a four-member band: Łukasz Ciepała - vocal, Bartłomiej Dryl - guitar, Sebastian Borowicz-Skoneczny - bass, Mateusz Pacholczyk - drums. After a short time, the band felt the need to develop the sound and Adam Basalski, who previously played with Sebastian in Struggle Against, was incorporated into the ranks. At about the same time, Łukasz Ciepała left Olsztyn and he quit the band. In 2017, founder Maciej Sobczak returned to Morbus as a guitarist, pushing Dryl on bass and Sebastian on vocals.In such a composition the band recorded the single "Backstabber" with Maciej Żulczykiem / "Pętla" in the summer of 2018 as the producer. At the beginning of 2019, the band recorded a 30-minute EP "In Morbo Est Civilization" as a quartet, and the recording was again performed by Maciej Żulczyk / "Pętla". Sebastian Borowicz-Skoneczny left the band, and Bartłomiej Dryl took over his duties, becoming a singing bass player.
