Scott Laws

Singer-songwriter and musician from Northern California. Laws is from Olivetown, California. He moved to Austin, Texas, where he worked as a bassist and backup singer for bands including 3 Penny Opera and The Mentals. He formed the band The International Scouts in Austin then moved the band to Yuba County, California in the early 2000s. He now performs under the name S.R. Laws and is based out of Petaluma, California.
