Ward Ellis

American choreographer of the musical group, the Doodletown Pipers. Born November 18, 1926 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Died May 4, 1985 (58 years of age) in Los Angeles, California, USA. The Doodletown Pipers, under Ward's direction, appeared on numerous television shows throughout the 1960s and 1970s, including "Make Your Own Kind of Music" and "The Tennessee Ernie Ford Show" (which later changed it's name to "The Top Twenty") TV Series.
