Food Ensemble

Food Ensemble are an Italian performance art trio who perform a 'concert you can eat'. The trio are Francesco Sarcone (Sarco): Musician & Sound Designer, Andrea Reverberi: Chef, Marco Chiussi: Sous Chef & Sommelier. Their musical style is electronic instrumental incorporating elements of ambient, dubstep, synthwave and breakbeat. Food Ensemble's performance involves Reverberi and Chiussi preparing beautiful food with microphones strategically placed over their workspace, while Sarcone plays live, mixing organic sound samples recorded via the mics into the musical performance. Food Ensemble collaborated with Italian celebrity chef Davide Oldani on the vinyl release "Spaghetti Symphony".
