Cooperativa "O Realejo"

Realejo was a Portuguese show production cooperative. It was a professional theater group created, in the city of Porto, in 1979, from former members of 'Teatro Universitário do Porto', the cultural action group 'A Feira' and other elements related to theater and the fine arts. It had its headquarters and concert hall at Rua dos Mercadores (à Ribeira), Porto. The main booster and artistic director was Victor Valente. The group definitively ended its activity in the late 1980s with the collapse of its headquarters building.
