Collectif Coax

Collective created in 2008, Coax brings together around twenty artists around a common axis: the creation, dissemination, organization and production of protean projects / objects (performances, festivals, parties, tours, curation, label, radio ...) within a sustainable cultural ecosystem. Since its creation until its recent certification as a National Company, Coax has never ceased to build a strong and transversal artistic identity around creative music, crossing aesthetics and disciplines by going beyond traditional gender divisions. Through its activity as a producer / broadcaster, the development of cultural actions and artistic exchanges with various audiences, Coax has become over the years a recognized player in musical creation at regional, national and international level, evolving at the crossroads of several networks: experimental music, performance, rock, noise, jazz / improvised music, contemporary music, electronic music. It creates bridges between so-called alternative and institutional places and thus promotes the mixing of audiences.
