Extreme Unction (4)

Extreme Unction was originally formed in Boulder, Colorado by Brian Hight and Jon Griffith sometime in 1978. The band temporarily moved to NY, likely for school, and operated out of New York from 1978-1980. There, they recorded a couple demo tapes in addition to releasing two official 45's. The band returned to Colorado around 1982, though they did still venture to NYC from time to time playing CBGB. They changed their name to The Ions in the mid to late 80's and remained a local Denver/Boulder band.
