Ariane DesLions

Ariane DesLions has a unique journey. Singer-songwriter based in Sherbrooke, social worker by training, her artistic project is driven by the need to speak by addressing children through daring themes rarely addressed in children's songs: family conflicts, separation, bereavement, poverty, mental health... In her trunk, the multi-instrumentalist uses original instruments: roukistar (guitar), four-string pelalunch (ukulele), cello, bells, cajon, gougoune-o-fun, body percussion, submariflute and accordion.
